About the job:
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our innovation team at Freesbe. In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s websites and mobile app, digital products used daily by tens of thousands of customers.

Responsibilities:
Plan and develop new features for web and mobile platforms.
Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with development, design, and marketing teams.
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Track product performance using analytics tools and drive ongoing optimization.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and streamline processes.
Collaborate across teams to enhance and expand product offerings.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in product management (preferably digital, B2C).
Proven experience working closely with development teams (including junior engineers).
Ability to write PRDs, specs, and user stories.
Experience with analytics, measurement, and AB testing.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
Basic understanding of development processes and product lifecycle.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
A proactive, hungry, and independent professional who can take ownership of the roadmap.
Experience with web platforms or mobile applications - strong advantage.
